It was extremely difficult to get inside! Once put together, which was easier than moving it inside, it worked like a charm. The vibration is excellent. Buy it you’ll love it.
This recliner is my favorite among five recliners I own. It’s compact yet roomy, easy to recline, and the heat and vibration help immensely. Many visitors have asked where they can buy one. Perfect size—not too big or too small. I’m considering getting a second for a “his and hers” setup. Assembly was easy, and the price is unbeatable. The heat and massage are subtle but effective and very quiet. I highly recommend this recliner!

Arrived early in the shipping window. Chair was incredibly well-packaged and the box showed normal wear. Assembly was relatively easy once I got out of my own head and just followed the instructions step-by-step. Overall, the product looks fantastic and works very well. The pictures made it seem a little wider, but I am a bit of a wide-body, so sitting in it is a little snug for me. The massaging functions work well; I'd prefer them to last a little longer, but it's nothing to run it back with the remote. I am a little disappointed in the "heat" part. It doesn't feel like it warms up to heating pad levels, but the massaging works well enough for me to not really care. I've had it for about a month and use it practically every day.

My favorite piece of furniture. Love the heat, massage and softness of the leather. Only problem is when it arrived both cup holder inserts are broken. Hopefully the manufacturer will replace them expeditiously.🤔
