Accessibility solution I was looking for.

This threshold ramp is exactly what I was looking for. My mother alternates between a walker and a wheelchair and transitions are tough for her. You can measure the rise you are trying to navigate and order the ramp size accordingly. When I received this I was impressed with many features they incorporated. First, they put ridges in it so you have decent traction and slipping is not a concern. Next I love how they have a separate piece that slots in and hinges to match the angle perfectly for different applications rather than making the whole thing solid. This makes installation a breeze. What you get is a lightweight extremely sturdy ramp that works great to ease in transitions between rooms or doorways where there is an elevation change.
