This is great in every way other than where they cut the stainless around the bolts on the stairs. This metal is razor sharp and it sliced right through my finger like a hot knife in butter. Be very careful when you first put on the nuts.

Bought this as a replacement for old ladder which was no longer safe to use. This was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Highly recommend!

It's okay, but the steps are too narrow & there very slick. I'm going to try & order wider steps to replace the current ones or we will have to get another new ladder.

Received our ladder today. One of the main stainless steel rails was bent when we opened the box. Not very happy. The box it came in was in perfect condition.
