I found that the cage is a great value considering the cost and simple design. Some parts found loose inside the box but all there. The safety cage required assembly and it was fairly easy but the kit could have used better instructions such as what bolts are for the wheels and which for the fork inserts. Overall, Happy with this purchase.
Nice lift cage, but box arrived damage and one of the silver bars that locks cage to forks on lift was missingIf it had been packed inside the parts box instead of loose in big box with cage it would not have fallen out in shipping
It works very well. Easy to setup and attach. Good value and good quality!
It’s working great. Put it on the tractor and was able to work on the steel building. Took a little rope and tied it on so that it wouldn’t slide very stable.
On the plus side, outstanding customer support. Very timely responses to my questions and concerns. My concern was why the rails didn't collapse completely flat, as pictured for storage. The swing-out door must be removed for flat storage.Another issue I encountered was the caster screws preventing the wheels from swiveling 360 degrees. Although the kit contains two different lengths of screws, for this purpose, something (I'm unsure if it is the mount or manufacturing) allows a short bolt to drop down low enough to restrict complete swiveling. Occurred at opposite ends. Two solutions: add a washer or shear the bolt.
Very sturdy, I was surprised. Grandson put it together in 15 minutes. I can't climb a ladder, the wife can raise me up to the gutter. Great addition for this old man

Box was ripped open during shipping. FedX had taped it up, but nuts and bolts were rolling around in the box and stuck to tape. Some nuts & bolts had fallen out during shipping and missing. I got replacements at Lowes. Easy to assemble and works great. Worth the money.
Works great for around the yard we use it on the forklift attachment on the tractor to reach hard to get to areas. Much more stable than trying to work from a ladder.
