This unit seems solidly built and has some nice features (a few different vibration patterns and a heater to heat the water). However, I've found it somewhat limited in its ability to clean things, though this could be a me-problem and not an it-problem. It is loud, but that's expected. One thing that's quite frustrating is that you have to tip the entire unit over to dump the water out. This isn't difficult, but it does make it more likely I'll get water over the unit itself, which isn't great...
