Works fine. I’m happy with it. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the paint and the assembly instructions that were just plain incorrect in a couple areas.Unpacking there were lots of bare metal scrapes right out of the box. See pics. Doesn’t appear to be a used/returned item though. As I put it together I saw it was pretty cheap paint that comes right off just turning bolts. At this price point though you kind of expect that. I can re-paint it later.Instructions were a mess. It lists the same bolts and nuts several times with a different part number. I thought at first that number must correspond to different steps but no, calls for bolts #19 or 21, etc and they’re the same bolts/nuts.Also, Step 1 calls for “bolts” that are actually screws to put the casters on. And it explicitly states to have bolts (screws) facing up even though it’s obvious they should be reversed. Ok, I’ll follow instructions and see. But then once you get to the step to put the front legs on the frame, legs/holes don’t line up because nuts are in the way. I reversed the bolts (screws) with nuts on the bottom and it fit perfectly. Instructions clearly wrong.Step 4 calls for ring pins and cotter pins on legs. It comes with 4 ring pins but instructions only mention 2 in one spot. Looks obvious the second set goes in second hole but I left it out (again following the instructions). DONT DO THAT. After it was all together and I had two ring pins left over, they would not line up in the second holes. Maybe if I take it apart again…Step 6 calls for support arms from INSIDE frame to top. But then the support arms don’t line up with top bolt holes even close. However, if you put them on the OUTSIDE of the frame they line up (with a little muscle).Operation seems good. Works just fine.Last thing: Instructions warn you to lock the front wheels before raising a load, but there’s no locks on any of the wheels.Other than that I’m actually happy with it for the price. Does what it says. Good value if it’s something you only need occasionally.
Very sturdy and solid. The range it lifts is actually pretty high. I suppose the only thing that was unfortunate was that the instructions outlining its assembly were incorrect, at least with the unit that I ordered. I actually had to make some modifications to make the casters work. Overall, I am happy I purchased it and would do so again if necessary.
Worked well with my 300 lb milling machine
