I got the product and took it out the box on my trailer and right away I saw something wrong. The chains are just at and over 9 feet not 10 feet.I used the binders to tighten the chain on an excavator. Held nice the first trip.
Very nice set of binders and chains. Price was very good. Quality was much better than I expected.
Good quality hooks, chains and binders. Cost was very reasonable, less than you would pay for Grade 70 chains alone at HD. You can find cheaper chains, but they are not Grade 70. Get in an accident, or get pulled over for a weight check, and cheap chains will get you an expensive ticket. In CA, if you are pulling a trailer, your load weight, vehicle towing capacity and tongue weight must all be in compliance with the law. It would be a good idea to know these weights before the CHP asks you if you know these weights.
