Works not the greatest but definitely not the worst

Easy to put together. Works great and the chicks started using it after only a few days, instead of their old ones. Love the roll down feature as well!

Pretty easy to put together, though some pieces were bent and needed to be forced back into shape. A couple of the screws were duds and had to be trashed, BUT, they included extra screws so I didn't have to rummage around and find any of my own, even when tossing out 3 of the short screws.My only complaint, and the reason for removing 1 star, is the absolutely stupid way they designed the egg tray. It's kind of a roll out nest, so if you have a super thin nest pad the eggs will roll down under the perch, but if you use any deep or ridged rubber nesting pads, the eggs won't roll. BUT, the egg tray is under the perch, so you have to flip up the perch towards the nests, then lift and flip the egg tray cover away from the nest. Sounds easy enough, sure, BUT in order to actually lift and flip this cover, you have to leave the screws LOOSE on both sides, otherwise there is simply no way to lift and/or flip the cover. The problem here is that upon opening and closing it multiple times, the screws end up working themselves even more loose and will eventually fall out. VERY ANNOYING... especially when you have a flock of hens that swarm anything that hits the ground, trying to eat it.IF this company can figure out how to fix this stupid issue, this would be a 5-star nest. As it is, this design issue is annoying enough to remove 1 star.

Overall, it looks cute and is great value for money. I love the material and the look, and the actual product is amazing. The chickens use it very smoothly and it works very well.

I'll get started by saying that this was very easy to set up and all the parts went together without any issues. That said , it was heavier than I expected and when it's all put together it feels very sturdy. This brooder fits my hens comfortably and it has vent holes on the side to allow them to stay comfortable. So overall I have zero complaints I think this is a nice two story brooder in my opinion.

Very thin sheet metal and I had to straighten out numerous pieces especially the egg trays and brackets in order to get them to fit and assemble properly. Once assembled, it is very stable and strong. It is also a good weight to move around even by yourself. It looks nice and will be easy to clean. I am not sure if the size is good yet since we normally build laying boxes that are 12x12, so these are a bit smaller at 9x8.5. I also dont understand the egg collecting yet, but we will see.This will absolutely last longer than the wooden boxes I made before. I will have to update after a couple of weeks to see how my chickens like it.

Not the easiest item to put together, a bit wobbly on the legs and the materials are a bit on the cheap side... But definitely still a good value for the price. I had been wanting a roll out nest box setup like this for a long time, but hadn't been able to afford one. This one is a good value.
