These huge pans are so handy to have around. Personally, I had holidays and meal prep in mind when I chose them. I used them for the first time yesterday, on Thanksgiving, for three casseroles. One pan takes up an entire oven rack, so you are sort of limited in that respect, but it wasn't a big deal. As far as quality goes, these are really nice. Others have mentioned they might not be as durable as other thicker, heavier duty restaurant pans. While that is probably true, I believe they are more than satisfactory for home use. I used non-stick cooking spray so I wouldn't have to deal with a baked-on mess, and it worked just fine. These pans hold A LOT! Ordinarily, I use 9x13 for my casseroles, so for these pans I doubled my recipes. I am thinking I could have tripled them and pans would've been able to accommodate. Now all I need are some lids for these gems. Highly recommend! This review is my honest opinion and experience with this product.

These are fantastic pans which are designed for buffets but have many other uses as well. The pans themselves are quite thin but sturdy. Because of the curved pan’s ends, it’s hard to measure and determine the gauge of stainless steel used. Yet from my best measurements I could take, I would say this pan is probably a 22gauge stainless steel pan. They designed the pan with an upper lip, which curves in a way that gives the pan a lot of support, making the pan very hard to deform. The manufacturer filed down the edges of the pan to prevent someone from cutting their hand while holding it, but the edges are still somewhat sharp, so holding this pan full might be uncomfortable if the edges press into your hand. The stainless quality appears to be high grade, as the pan itself is not magnetic. They sell covers for these pans separately, and the covers are also all stainless steel, making the covers and the pans both oven safe.

These pans fit nicely with my chafing dish set. I can also use them separately, which is a plus. They are oven-safe. I'll also use them with my warming tray. The depth is good enough to hold a decent amount of food. Great for hosting big dinners or cookouts.

Thank you so much for making a quality product that actually fits in our insulating carrier. Everyone else is just shy of 13 inch mark and would fall off the rails.
