The material is very thin, a little thicker than baling wire, but it does the job. The squares toward the top of the fencing are very large, at least 8"x8" if not larger. For this price, don't expect super quality. Additionally, because it's so thin, the roll is fairly light and easy to work with. But it bends super easy. The pictures make it seem thicker than it is. I am using it for a deer fence around my garden and it should do the job. I'm glad it's galvanized otherwise I don't think it would last that long due to its thinness. All that being said, you get what you pay for.
The last wire fencing I purchased fell over almost instantly after a small wind storm. After I installed this fencing, 2 days later, we had a strong wind storm hit along with rain and not only was this fencing still standing but even with it getting wet, no rusting. The thickness of this fencing was surprising thick but holds up really well. The height is perfect and actually keeps our animals inside the area. Not only is the quality of the fencing really good but I can for sure say that this will hold up during some heavy wind storms and not rust during the rain. Even when our animals come close to it, the fencing is still up and working as it should. Not to mention, looks really good!
I added this to my existing barbwire fence, and it works great. Much cheaper than ifa or tractor supply co. It stretched tight and is a good option for sheep or even goats. We are using for sheep.
Reasonably sturdy fencing and easy for me to install. A good product for the money.
