Garvee 6x8 FT Aluminum Greenhouse with Polycarbonate Panels, Roof Vent, Heavy Duty Frame, UV Protection, Walk-in Design for Garden & Patio

First off, very pleased. 95% happy withthefinishedproduct.. Just a few notes for setup. Not sure how to secure the roof vent when closed so I bungee corded it to a brick (see pic). The four vertical end pieces ( 12-15) do not line up with the horizontal bottom pre-drilled holes. They were off by a few inches so I had to drill holes to align with the verticals (see pic). Last " complaint": The inside anchors to keep your greenhouse from flying away with Dorothy and Toto are not enough. I had to put heavy bricks on top of them (see pics). 35 mph wind gusts uprooted the anchor pins on the first day. BUT - again, finished product is quite nice!

I have left 2-1 star reviews, neither of which have shown up on the website. Trying this way to see if it works.

This greenhouse is low quality - the screws ripped right out of the greenhouse (see photo). I’ve been waiting 2 months for replacement pieces for the base and they just replied advising they could offer me a $40 refund on this over $400 greenhouse.

DO NOT BUY THIS! CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT BACK PRODUCT DEFECTS/LOW QUALITY ITEMS THEY ARE SELLING! THEY ARE ALSO SCREENING REVIEWS AND NOT POSTING THE LOWER RATINGS!

Posting this in case it helps someone out if they have similar issues.

My frame piece on the back-bottom was 69.25", which is 1.5" too long, like the wrong part was included. It should have been the same length as the front-bottom frame piece and match the dimension listed in the instructions, but it was 1.5" longer. This meant the polycarbonate panels would not fit properly on the back because they would have gaps.

I reached out to Garvee customer support after documenting the issue. The packaging insert promises resolving issues within a short period, but that was not my experience. They kept saying they were waiting to hear from their technical team about the issue. After 3-4 weeks, I said I needed a refund or replacement part. They said they could not send the individual part because they are made as a kit, and they offered a partial refund if I could attempt fixing it myself.

(Picture attached) I ended up cutting off 1.5" of that piece (back-bottom frame) with a miter saw so it was 67.75". Then I trimmed some of the vertical support "flap" (not sure what else to call it) with a dremel and re-drilled a few holes to connect the corner piece and reinforcement bars. It's not hard if you have the tools and measure correctly, but you need the right tools and to be comfortable doing that kind of work with metal.

After that, all the pieces fit together and assembly took ~4 hours.

I noticed a few other minor errors with the kit, mainly from the identifying sticker being incorrect and not lining up with what was printed in the instructions. 99% of it was correct, but 1% required thinking about what actually makes sense.

In the end, it's a pretty decent greenhouse for the price, so I gave it 2 stars. Most other reviews are really good, so hopefully this was just a problem with my specific kit and not a more widespread issue.

My husband built this by himself in one afternoon, it was freezing outside as well. It states it’s two vents, but only had one window vent that came with the 6x10 ft structure. It leaks when it rains, so get some FLEX wide waterproof tape to seal.
