The chairs come in so many different pieces that need to be assembled. I have been doing DIY stuff for years and consider myself above average in putting things together and DIY things. These chairs include assembly instructions but not very clear or descriptive. It took me over three hours to put both chairs together which was not what I was looking forward to. However, I must say not that the assembly is finished these stools look great and are a nice compliment to any yard. They seem durable and I think they will last a long time, just keep in mind the weight limit is about 250 lbs. The seating material is some sort of manufactured plastic that while durable, it is very easy to clean. The chairs are very functional and swivel easily. For the looks and the functionality, I think the price is in the reasonable side. Would recommend.

These chairs exceeded my expectations. They were easy to assemble and feel like good quality. They are nice and sturdy with no wobbling at all. They are also taller than I expected, which is a plus.They are surprisingly comfortable, and the seats are roomy. My favorite part is that they swivel all the way around. The mesh material should work well outdoors because rain can drain through instead of sitting on the seat, which is exactly what I needed.They look great in my gazebo and feel much nicer than I expected. I definitely recommend them!I will update my review if I notice any negative changes over time, but so far, I do not expect that to happen.

Awesome chairs but needs assembly when arrives. Comfortable

These GARVEE outdoor bar stools are nice looking bar stools for your outdoor patio area. My reasoning for deducting one star is the back of the chair is at a very odd, straight up and down angle. Our older outdoor bar stools that we ended up throwing out because they were falling apart had more of a angle to the back for a more relaxing feel. These GARVEE bar stools are fine, it's just that I prefer a little more slant on the backside. The bar stools swivel on ball bearings which gives you a nice smooth turn. The fabric feels like it should weather the outdoors for years to come.They arrived needing to be fully assembled. It's a little daunting at first, but once you start, they go together easy. The instruction are in very fine print, so you might need a magnifying glass to know which bolts to use. I'd say I had both chairs completed in about 45 minutes. Of course they send you with some inexpensive tools to complete the assembly, but it goes faster if you have a better allen wrench and a pair of pliers at home. The main body of the chairs are an aluminum type material so it should also handle the outdoors without rusting over time. Each leg of the bar stool has an adjustable foot so your stools will be level even if your patio or deck isn't.Overall, even with the awkward straight backrest, they are still decent stools. Based on the build quality, ease of assembly, full 360 swivel, and the price point, I consider these bar stool a pretty good value and a decent addition to your outdoor patio.
