Garvee 8x10 Kitchen Area Rug Black Soft Non-Slip Easy to Clean Mat for Home Decor

This rug is alright. It's not going to win any awards, but it works for my purposes. I ordered it to put under my massage table in the treatment room. It feels nice to walk around on and lays nice and flat, but the quality isn't the greatest. There are multiple, obvious streaks in the pattern, which look like the carpet has been worn away and kind of like crinkle lines from when something gets folded and causes cracks. For the price, it's just fine, which is why I gave 4 stars.

Colors exactly as pictured, measurements are spot on. This is a very thin rug with a flat, very soft, velvet feel, but no pile. It does lay flat and stays in place right out of the packaging with a nonslip backing. It is also washable but it's too large to fit in a washing machine and too thin to use a carpet cleaner so I guess they mean you can spot clean it? Decent quality for a no pile rug but I probably wouldn't buy this type of rug again.

This GARVEE 5x7 area rug is well made and looks great!It is a nice thickness and is very durable and holds up well to the daily wear and tear. It is a nice level of softness but is not plush.The color does not lend itself to looking clean very long which is a down side but it does clean up well.It is good value for the price and is a lovely area rug.

This rug is what I would like to call delicately beautiful. It has a very soft and calming pattern as well as colors. It doesn’t fight with anything in the room and looks lovely. The rug is well made. I had no problems with its construction.There was no shedding and there was no smell. The end stitches were very tight. I did drop a star though because due to the Light weight of the rug, the vacuum tends to pick it up when I vacuum. But that’s my only complaint. It really looks very nice and I’m hoping when the day comes that I have to wash it that will come out of the washing machine the way it looked the day. I put it on the floor.

What I Like:1. Rug arrives folded, but a bit of attention with my steam mop soon had it laying flat.2. Rug has a sticky thread woven into the backing, to help it stay in place.3. The edges are all tightly bound.4. Rug is on the thin side, but it gives my battery powered vacuum no issues, so that's a bonus.5. I detected no odors upon unpacking.6. I believe this 5x7 might fit in my washing machine, but I'd prefer to take it to the laundromat and use the big commercial machine, but rug is 100% washable.7. As for staining, my baby cat gobbled his food and his brother's the day I put the rug on the floor. When his tummy revolted, he ran straight to the rug to barf. I was cleaning up the kitchen, so found the mess later. I wiped off the solids and used Dawn and a sponge on the stain, which did come out completely.8. The price at time of review is $40, which is a mid-range price for a rug this size.What I Dislike:1. Colors are...odd for a rug with a pink background. The latticework bows are a camel color, the green leaves are decidedly gray, and ffs, the flowers are orange. When viewed from a distance, the rug design is okay. But when viewed up close, all these off colors just miss the mark when it comes to what most of us seek in pink rug.2. Being one of the thinnest rugs I've ever owned means it's not very cushy. My cats usually toll around on new rugs; they sorta gave this one a sniff and a pass. They don't spend much time curled up sleeping on this rug. (Which means less cat hair, so it's not all bad.) But the hand feel of the nap is soft.

The rug arrived well packed, surprisingly in a small box considering it’s a decent-sized rug. It’s on the thinner side, which actually makes it convenient since it should be fully washable in a standard machine, just as advertised. The material is soft, and the pattern is visually pleasing. I also appreciated that there were no odd chemical smells—it was ready to lay down right out of the box without any extra prep or cleaning.The pattern does appear to be printed on. While it looks great now and feels nice underfoot, I do wonder how it will hold up after multiple wash cycles. If I notice any fading or changes over time, I’ll be sure to update.Overall, this is a well-made rug that balances softness, style, and practicality. For the price and the convenience of being washable, it’s a solid choice and one most people will be happy with.

Good quality runner rug, sturdy construction, well made, true to size, lightweight and flexible material, very soft to the touch, appears to be washable in a large enough washer, rubber-line non-skid backing, color as expected, but the print is somewhat "muddy" and lacks definition, also the crease where it was folded is pretty prominent, otherwise good value for a useful product, exactly as described.
