we order two of the 2x8 runners in one of the larger 8x10 rugs. we love that the colors go with so many things in probably will fit in many different home decors. we have not tried to wash them yet but we haven't had any trouble with the vacuuming them. they are slip resistant with a slight rubber grip on the back nothing that will like damage your floor finish or anything like that. we only wish that they offered a two and a half by 6 or 8 or even a 3-ft wide by six or eight cuz the two foot's a little skinny.
