When I first saw this rug in the listing, I absolutely loved the bold, checkered design, but I just wasn’t sure it would look right in my living room. But I took a chance and ordered it and once I saw it in person, I was so happy with my decision! I think the bold print and soft color contrast of this rug is versatile enough to fit in with most any decor style and it instantly softened up the room. I think the other colors offered are just as gorgeous and I had a hard time deciding on which one to get.I like that it’s a low pile & thinner rug but is still super soft and comfortable to walk on. If you like a more padded feel, you can always throw a rug pad underneath. I really love that it has a non-slip backing, so it stays in place. It came folded for shipping purposes, so there were a few creases after opening the pkg, but by the time I got it laid out, most of the creases had already resolved. This rug is machine washable, although the 9’x12’ size that I got, won’t fit in my washing machine, at least I know that it’s easy to clean. The whole rug seems like great quality and I didn’t notice any odor.Overall, this rug is beautiful, no matter which color you decide on. It has a bold but versatile style, its soft to walk on & easy to clean. And since it’s from GARVEE, I know the overall quality will be great. All of that without being super expensive. Highly recommend!
