ProsThis is the office chair with a footrest, and I ordered it for my husband because he sits for long hours. I wanted a chair that would allow him to relax between meetings. This chair offers a reclining range of 90° to 155° and when you relax with inclination, it does feel like recliner chair. It feels very executive, heavy duty and premium. It features executive-style leather upholstery and adjustable height settings. I ordered it in the brown color, and it has a cheetah-style pattern that looks really nice. It has a widened and very thick cushion that feels comfortable. While assembling it, I could tell that it has a strong and supportive structure. When sitting on it for long periods, it provides ample space and stable support throughout. With a simple pull, you can recline it and use the footrest, which creates a very comfortable and relaxing seating position. I like its ergonomic design because it offers several customizable adjustments. Using the included instructions, we were able to assemble it without much difficulty. So far, it has been performing really well. The carbon steel construction feels sturdy and durable. My husband really likes it.ConsThe price may feel a bit high at first.Overall VerdictI am really happy with this GARVEE office chair. It is comfortable, supportive, and looks very premium. Putting this chair together wasn’t too bad overall, but the directions were definitely not the best. It takes a little common sense and patience because not everything is accurate and some of the parts don’t line up the way they should. The premade holes for attaching the leg rest didn’t match up properly, so I had to do some maneuvering and adjusting to make it work. The same thing happened with the holes where the back of the chair attaches to the seat.The instructions don’t explain things clearly, if at all, and there are extra holes that serve no purpose, which just makes you question yourself until you realize the paper isn’t matching reality. Once you ignore the confusing parts and just go with what actually makes sense, it’s pretty simple to finish.Once it’s together, though, it’s a really nice chair. It’s large, supportive, and very comfortable, especially when reclining the back a bit or fully lounging with the footrest up. The footrest setup is actually pretty neat; it pulls out and flips into position easily.My husband has a hard time sitting on our couches because of his back issues, and this chair has made him (and his back) very happy. The best part is that it rolls smoothly from the living room to the desk in the kitchen with no issues.A little annoying to assemble, but a great chair once it’s done.
