The 3' x5' is basically the right size to go in front of my washing machine and dryer and that is where I am going to put them to catch laundry, lint, etc.These are very thin (basically no pile, cushioning or insulation), like a coating of felt over a non-slip rubber backing that is just good enough to get the job done - the job being catching hair and dust and drips. Haven't tested actually washing them myself in my machine yet; will wait until I need to before I try that out. Comes folded so there are some folds in the rug and you will need to let it spread out flat for a bit before they go away.Patterns are always to taste, I don't mind this one.

This 5x7 rug is very thin, and lightweight, making it easy to maneuver- or pick up and shake it out.It’s got a very soft low pile with non slip backing -it stays put.I quite like the color and design but it is printed..,and the distress “look” makes it a little cheap looking when close up.Otherwise it’s a decent rug for a fair price.
