The door panels use Velcro stitched in to hold them to the frame. These pulled loose and the integrity of the shelter has been compromised. I have attempted to contact the seller through garvee CS. I am waiting to hear from the seller as I have no message from them yet. Both end doors have the same issue. I am looking for replacement panels.1/18/24 update: I am happy to say, Kevin with DEXSO US has corrected the issue by replacing the side and end panels. I would like to thank Kevin for the prompt attention he gave us in correcting the issues we had.
We had a little bit of wind; and while it was anchored down, it still twisted the frame and is now unusable
I received the product and the box was retaped and holes in the box. When I opened to inventory the parts, they were all there, however, several were damaged. I returned the product.

When arrived, I noticed one of the outer boxes was torn and I found that a panel. Part D ,was missing.However, the rest of the package was good. What truly sets this apart is the excellent customer service GARVEE provides. I contacted them regarding the missing past.Guess what, I had the missing part in my hands in just 2 days! This level of responsiveness and efficiency is truly incredible. As for the carport itself, I couldn't be happier. It's sturdy, well-made, and provides the perfect shade and shelter for my vehicle. The assembly was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions included in the package.

Great item goes together well
So far so good�� easy to put up, looks great too. Just waiting to see if it can hold snow???
I bought it to use on my back deck like a gazebo. It was harder than they said for two men to put together, but overall, it does the job. It did have what looked like tiny bug bites or mice bites in one place, but hopefully it won't tear. It is seems strong for the money.
I really like this thing. Yes, it takes a while to set up, yes it could be a bit better quality, and YES the instructions were crap (hence the star knockoff). Seriously, what do you expect for such a low price? The quality matches the price correctly, you get what you pay for. I got this for vendor shows to have a better setup, which works well. I've set it up 3x now, once overnight and it's been great each time. There was one quick connect that didn't line up in a hole, but a quick drill and it works like a dream now. There was also one spot in the tarp that looked like it might be weaker, so we sprayed it with a flex seal, it is holding it well. I can set this up with poles and top (no sides) by myself in 1h30m or less, I get faster each time.
