We drilled large holes in the back panel to allow light to come in and to allow air flow! Looks fantastic. Easy to put together. 👍👍

This is the best thing I could have bought for my cat (and me). He loves laying on it to catch some rays and look out the window. The place for the litter box is a perfect size. I put a pee pad under the litter box so I could pick it up with all the litter that gets scattered. I also put a Rubbermaid shelf liner on the ledge so he could eat and his food bowl won’t slide off. I don’t think the ledge was meant for an eating place but it works perfectly. A little time consuming but instructions were easy to understand.

Yes, I triple checked that it actually was extra. The instructions were very thorough and seems to be an excellent design and value. I really like the little pad that comes with it to collect litter dust from between the toe beans. I also used a cheap shower floor grip in the transition from the box to the pad. The extra storage is really nice too. I was able to fit a clear tote inside for a litter box so I made note of the inside dimensions listed on the picture which was very helpful. The lid flipping up makes changing the box very easy and it’s easy to keep clean too. My cat seems to like it a lot! I’m happy I bought this pretty little piece of furniture!I don’t have the lid on the tote so it doesn’t keep the smell in, but I change it every other day so it’s not bad. I use a training pad in the bottom with a few large scoops of compressed pine pellets for horse bedding and then I sprinkle a little baking soda on top. This pelletized bedding has been a cheap ($7/40lbs) alternative to using clay litter and my cat has not had any issues with UTI’s.

If you have the patience to put this thing together, it’s well worth it! It’s the perfect size for my cats and it keeps the cats food bowls up away from my dachshund puppy! The cats figured it out and started using it right away, and they seem to enjoy lounging on the cushioned spot too. I would recommend using your own screw driver and not the one provided.Update: Had the thing for about a month now and I still love it but I would like to provide some realistic expectations. Unless you can find a small covered litter box that will fit inside this thing, you’re gonna have to use an uncovered one and litter/poop will get all over the inside of it. It hasn’t leaked out at all, which I am VERY impressed with!!! I just sweep up the litter with a little hand broom and dust pan and dump it back in, easy peasy. Still love it!

This litter box enclosure is so cutie! It’s the perfect size and comes with everything! It’s literally so sturdy, i’m big asf and sit on the top without it collapsing from under me.

Took me about 2 hours to put together by myself. All the parts were there and fit together nicely. Seems sturdy. Love that the cushion has Velcro straps to hold it on so when you open the lid it doesn’t fall off. My senior kitty loves to nap there.

Excuse the chaos in the pic we were moving. It hides his litter box and gives him a little privacy. Easy for my senior cat to get into without issue. Super cute, im going to get a different pillow for it to make it more homey.(: 10/10

It took almost 2 hours to put together. All pieces were there and some extras. Instructions were straightforward, so I didn't have any issues, but pieces of wood crumbled as I screwed in parts - a small mess at the end.The current litter box fit perfectly inside, and everything looks great! And for the price, it's pretty awesome.

Pretty nice and solid once assembled, and the assembly is a breeze with any common sense. Don't over tighten the smaller screws for the hinges or door holder or they may strip as with any smaller screws into wood. Fit and finish is very nice for what it is and it keeps our golden retriever away from the cats tootsie rolls!

it seems pretty sturdy. it reminds me of ikea furniture. i weigh about 180 pounds and i was able to sit on it and wiggle around without it moving around, the litter box we got fit perfectly in it and i’m really excited to see how my kitty does with it!
