Super easy to build, aesthetically pleasing, has a solid feel to it. Love that it can hold a fish tank on top for all pets to be in the same room. Bought this to keep the odor in this room to a minimum and within a day the smell became significantly better. My rabbit loves to go in this and even lays down next to the litter box inside the furniture piece. Love that I was able to add command hooks to hold his hay holder. This eliminated the mess outside significantly. I could see this being a nice addition to any room if your pet roams. My rabbit hates hardwood which is why he stays in the gate in his own room.
