Very easy to install by myself. Love the angle of attack on the movement. I can feel a chest pump right away. I can do the shoulder press by sitting on the floor just fine. So it will a multiple function. I used sold separately bench that is lower and can also do incline. That works great.

For the price, it can’t be beat! It’s a little different than the GMWD version as you can see. The bench doesn’t attach to the machine itself, which I prefer, I use my own bench. I can go inside and do rows, and sit on the ground and do a proper shoulder press! Standing inside and doing shrugs feels so great as well!

Works great , good quality except bench too narrow and will break. Overall i like the machine, the bench is trash.
This chest press handles everything I throw at it! The 1250LB capacity is no joke - I've loaded 100lbs so far with zero wobble. The independent arms give me that perfect dumbbell-like range of motion with barbell stability.

The machine inside of the box was thoughtfully packaged and took mere minutes to unpack and carry to my gym location. No parts were damaged in transit. The chest press machine is attractively finished, looks great, and is rigid and sturdy. I feel 100% secure while on this machine. There is no wobbling or creaking - solidly built. The machine is easy to load with weights. Getting under the lift handles is a breeze as they are supported by adjustable arms. The upward converging arc of the lifting arms is smooth and feels natural; I am expecting great results in the coming months!
