I have 9 coops. Most have different nesting boxes. I like these. They are pretty easy to install and easy to access the eggs. Some I have make it difficult to get to the eggs and all the bedding falls through.They are good quality and very sturdy. They seem to be a good comfortable size for the chickens. You can see make similar on here, pretty much all the same, but these were the best value for the money. The chickens use them. Mostly they use the top ones, not sure why. I guess worrying about predators. For that reason, the chickens using the top level, and possible predators (snakes/rats-it happens), I prefer the ones with the legs to the ones that sit on the ground.I wish they had a back to them, maybe a removable back. In the winter, the chickens prefer less of a breeze... Great appearance, good quality.

Confession: I have zero mechanical aptitude. Despite that, I found this kit incredibly user-friendly. The directions are foolproof and the hardware is high-quality. Assembly is straightforward, though it involves many small parts (nearly 100!). It's a time-consuming project, not a quick 10-minute job. Having a helper, especially one with dexterous fingers, would make the process smoother. But the sense of accomplishment and the sturdy final product make it all worthwhile. I'd buy it again.

Putting this together was a little more involved than I initially thought, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. It's a well-made product that works like a dream. Our flock absolutely loves their new nesting spot (we did anchor it to the wall for safety). The cart is surprisingly lightweight, making it a cinch to move around for cleaning or coop rearrangements. Honestly, the ease of cleaning and egg collection alone makes it worth it.

Ok I was a little skeptical at first as I always am when I order something online but this chicken nesting box with the removable trays is the best. It was very easy to put together very lightweight, but very stable also. My chickens were not laying in their previous nesting boxes. The very next morning after putting this one in their coop, there were eggs in the nesting boxes that tells me that they love it. Definitely would recommend buying. We put it together inside our barn and then easily carried it out to our chicken coop. Also, I ordered it and it arrived the very next day!
