This carpet is very soft and comfortable to sit on. The backing is slip resistant, so it is great on hardwood floors. The size is great for a playroom. The only issue is that the color quality isn't the best. It fades very easily so some of the features are hard to see.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This rug is great for a kid’s room and should provide hours of play and fun. One side features a game, and the other has roads and buildings for pushing cars and trucks around—lots of imaginative play possibilities! I love that it’s stain-resistant and washable, which makes it practical as well as fun.

I've ordered a lot of rugs, and this is by far my kids' favorite in the house. They will sit and play for hours, and not just push cars around the "road", but they also created some sort of board game type activity with the "beach" side of the rug, and it's been hours of fun. It has already held up to quite a few vacuuming sessions quite well. There doesn't seem to be an issue with loose threads on the edging which is a definite plus.

Velvety soft with two areas to play on: a pirate number game and a town with roads. Instant hit with my son who wanted to play the pirate game first, but I’ll have to think of a way for us to do so- maybe with extra large dice and a few of his toy animals? Hmm… It’s not too think, but it has a nonslip backing and lays flat easily. Toys and animals are able to stand on it without difficulty since it doesn’t have much padding to topple them over. Bright colors and a good size. Folds up to store away.

This is a very nice heavy, high quality play rug. The graphics are bright and vibrant; it is soft and comfortable to the touch. You can spot clean it very well, and it is large enough for all the kids to play on. It does not roll up on the corners like a lighter weight rug does.
