There was an issue I didn't realize I had until after I placed the order; unfortunately, I was unable to cancel it. Instead of just taking the "too bad, so sad" attitude, the company worked diligently with me to correct it. I am more than impressed with their level of customer service. I appreciate it and it definitely makes me want to purchase from this company again.As for the product, it was really cute, but it is very small. That is my only issue with the product. Otherwise, it was well-made, easy to assemble and comfortable. I will most certainly be ordering from this company again.

Love it came out perfect for our small space

I measured before I purchased and it fit perfectly. Putting it together was not difficult and it was packaged nicely with all of its parts.The 2 back pillows comes seperate in the box, without the cushion. The cushion is also included in the box, you just have to put the cushion in the pillow case yourself. I wish it came together because it didn't quite plush up as the side pillows did. The side pillows come already stuffed/with cushion.The right arm fit nice and tight along the base, but the left arm did not fit tight and snug...it has a little gap, but the side pillows cover it so it's not noticeable, but I wish it fit just as snug as the right side.The storage in the seating is large.Overall good buy for the price. This is being used as extra seating and storage in a game room. So it works.

Love this little sofa. It’s not soft because the storage I’m guessing . All the tools are in the box no extra needed. So easy to put together very small for small spaces .

Plan an extra hour into the assembly time to rattle can the legs. The gold color is atrocious. Went together easily. Too low for people to sit in, but perfect for doggo.

It is a couch for right now. I will be getting a bigger size. But I seen this pop up for the price and it didn't really have reviews but I love it. It has a storage area inside of it. I did see it before I bought it, but wasn't sure of it till it actually came. I live in a single wide trailer. I am very picky about dimensions and style and all that good stuff but also on budget and cushions. It does need more cushions but I have pillows and blankets for that. I am very well pleased. I would recommend. It should be in an office.

Perfect size for the space I have and it's a soft easy to clean material however it is a little hard like a bench to sit on.

Though a bit smaller than I expected, it is a perfect fit in my room. The storage is a great added perk and I would certainly recommend for off in the corner or at the foot of the bed.
