Mama Mia! Pizzaria!

Very basic, no nonsense pizza oven, does the job using classical heating elements, thermostat and an independent ringing timer. Lower pricing than fancy computer controled ovens, easier to operate, more reliable and as a bonus for 15 amp house/cottage wiring, uses about 1100 watts as opposed to much more common 1500 watt units. Lower power x longer heating time allows for a more uniform cooking while still providing excellent carmelization on the top and bottom of the batter. Yum.

Works well, fast and hot

When I got back from Italy I started making my own pizza. I use a microwave/convection oven for convenience, but it only goes up to 450. This one goes up to 572. Nice and hot and the pizza cooks in 6 minutes! My big oven is mostly for storing pots and pans, so this tabletop model is the perfect solution. Easy to move around, and the perfect size for a 12” pizza stone.

Great Little Oven

We enjoyed using this pizza oven. The temperature settings go up to the optimal temp for all thickness of crust preferences and the pizza cooks evenly and quickly. The customer service when there are questions on any of their products is exceptional.
