Simple and functional

I love this pizza oven! It keeps things basic in the right way. No fancy tech involved as it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I specifically love the timer as its an old school tick timer - similiar to the old egg timers.

Mama Mia! Pizzaria!

Very basic, no nonsense pizza oven, does the job using classical heating elements, thermostat and an independent ringing timer. Lower pricing than fancy computer controled ovens, easier to operate, more reliable and as a bonus for 15 amp house/cottage wiring, uses about 1100 watts as opposed to much more common 1500 watt units. Lower power x longer heating time allows for a more uniform cooking while still providing excellent carmelization on the top and bottom of the batter. Yum.
