Because of the fabric upholstery, I applied fabric protectant right away.The bed sits lower to the ground than a traditional bed with box springs.Bottom Line:This bed exceeded my expectations. It looks much more expensive than it is, feels solid, and the storage drawers are a nice bonus. Just be prepared for a little extra care since it's upholstered.

This is an awesome bed frame. It is soft teddy bear cream colored fleece material. I chose king size so it is very big but it comes in all sizes. The assembly went smoothly thanks to incredible innovative pop in design and clear instructions. Everything needed is included. The bed is quiet and sturdy because of the premium materials used. The bed frame is sturdy. This comes with 2 drawers for underneath storage. The design is flexible so you can choose having the drawers both on one side or the other or one on each side, as well. It is a great bed frame and I really am enjoying it.
