So far, this fryer has been fantastic. I appreciate its 2 bins��for just our family, I only use one side. I'm eager to fire up both sides someday for a large meal. It maintains a steady temperature and is simple to disassemble for cleaning. The oil pans are well-designed, letting me pour oil out in a single smooth, precise stream. I really like this fryer right now, though I've only used it a few times�� so we'll have to see how long it lasts as time goes on!

The best thing about it is it heats up super fast and cooks French fries perfectly, my other deep fryer the frys would look crunchy and in reality would be limp. Absolutely love whether I had the space or not it's amazing and shipped super fast.
