We purchased this for some additional storage and had a severe storm come though that damaged some of the carport. We contacted GARVEE and they were extremely helpful with answering questions regarding replacement parts and what our options were. They were very prompt in regard to answering emails , assisting in any way they could.We were so pleased with how they handled everything that we actually purchased 2 more of the carports.They arrived yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they changed their shipping to 2 boxes instead of just one. All the boxes were sealed and there was no damage to them.
