Works well but the caster bolts are easy to strip. Still feels pretty solid even with a mostly full barrel of used oil.

The picture that made me have to order this was the one with the firepit. That sold me immediately. The base is the same size as the riser of the Yukon Solo Stove. This is a relatively big firepit and I do move it out of the way pretty frequently. This drum dolly makes it a breeze now! The casters are heavy duty and two of them are locking which securely keeps the dolly in place. I happened to have a plastic 55 gallon drum, so I threw it on to check for fit and sure enough, it does what it was designed to do. But I will use it for my fire pit!

Well built, moves well with 400-500 pounds on it, and the wheels and locks appear to be solid. Got the four star rating because of the wheels mounting hardware. I used a Milwaukee 1/4 inch impact to set the nuts on the “8.8” m8 bolt and 5 of them stripped. Additionally no lock washer are provided, so we will see if that’s an issue over the next few months.

I picked up the 5-swivel wheel version to pair with my 55-gallon barrel dolly in the garage, as I needed a reliable way to move the barrel when it’s fully loaded. Built tough with ball bearing wheels (two of which lock securely), it’s surprisingly high-quality—way better than I anticipated.

These were perfect for replanting my two flowers, which sit in big barrel planters filled 3/4 full. The flowers are substantial enough that I needed a truck-attached lever and ropes to lift and transplant them, but once they were in the dolly, moving the planters to my preferred location was a breeze and Installation is straightforward. It’s an incredibly durable unit—highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely purchase again!

My heavy wheeled trash cans would always tip over in the wind. These dollies keep them upright and make rolling them to the curb effortless, even when full. The construction is super sturdy and the price for a 2 pack is unbeatable. If you have any heavy, bulky cylindrical object to move, don't hesitate, this is the solution. It's a simple, well executed product that does its job perfectly.

I tend to move my Solo stove around for various reasons:- I want it closer or further- I want it to make pizza, to gaze at or to provide heat- I want to tuck it out of the way- All the above - can be in a different spotWhen cool, okish to move around. But when hot, have fun- the dolly is industrial strength, orange (so visible) and a little larger than the Solo stove, providing safety space.- I can move it around safely and comfortably (yes, this is on a patio with pavers).As for what the dolly is designed for? I did use it to move heavy barrels at first, but when faced with a challenge to move the Solo Stove while it was blazing hot, it found a new home and seems quite happy there!

We didn't use this for barrels but did put my wife's extremely large Monstera on it to wheel it around the sunroom and get it outside once in a while. It is a very solid build and will last forever for how we use it. Very smooth rolling and quiet.
