It is called a drum dolly, and it is made for a 55-gallon drum. We used them in large warehouses to move stull. I remember I used to build recliners in a massive factory, and we used these to move barrels of springs, and even chairs.The listing targets moving 55-gallon drums or barrels, but these have so many more uses it is endless. If you live on a farm it can be used to move feed bins.The castors are very heavy duty and a thick resin; I can't see them breaking down quickly. They also roll super smooth. The bright orange color makes it easy to see when not in use so hopefully less likely to trip over it.I have used these a lot in my life and this was a good find.

I ordered this dolly to make moving my large trash can from the garage to the end of the driveway each week easier, and it has worked out great. It's much easier than dragging the can across the driveway. Assembly took less than five minutes, and two of the swivel casters have locks, which is a nice feature to keep the dolly from rolling when you want it to stay in place.I've also used it to move several of my extra-large flower pots, and I'm planning to use it to move a half whiskey barrel planter next month. The steel frame feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and has handled everything I've put on it so far. GARVEE 55 Gallon Drum Dolly is a well made tool that can handle a big load!My teenage son was able to put this together easily following the directions included. I appreciate clear directions and all the required parts being included. When built, The dolly itself has some heft to it.I got this dolly because I am often in need of assistance moving large, awkward items and thought I would give this a try even though it's not for its traditional purpose per se. This Dolly has come in very handy moving a very heavy swing set and other large items. I plan on having some big garage sales and we'll be using this extensively as I offload lots of furniture and move heavy boxes. I like that I can put a strap around the metal bars to secure items.I love how smoothly it rolls. My kids love how smoothly it rolls, too. It can be a little hard to keep the kids off of it. They think it's the best new toy in town!I find this to be an excellent value item.
