Great buy!

Very happy with our purchase. They worked great and looked great. Kept food warm and the standard disposable trays fit nicely. We had our event catered and it was so easy to just drop the trays in and uncover. Well worth the purchase. Bought during prime day so they were on sale. Well worth the money. Very light weight so easy to handle. Since we used disposable trays there wasn’t much clean-up. We just dumped the water out and dried them out.

Great chaffing dish

I discovered this product while planning a small housewarming party. The temperature display is fantastic for keeping food warm, and the design makes self-service incredibly convenient. Everything about it is excellent!

Easy to use

The size of the heater pan was perfect for our needs, accommodating a generous quantity of food without taking up too much space. The pan maintained a consistent temperature, ensuring that every dish was served at the ideal warmth.

Works well

Using the water under the water, prevents food from burning and keeps food moist.We just keep experimenting and so far they all work well. Plastic cover is great. Like that you can see the food vs a metal cover.

Electric version is a major improvement.

Much prefer this electric version over a sterno dish. It has one major flaw. The lid has no means of attaching on the backside, so it easily pulls forward when closing. An easy fix I discovered was to use metal paper clamps on the backside of the lid which secured it to the stainless steel base. This would not be a difficult fix for the manufacturer. If you purchase one of these, pay special attention to how it is assembled in the box. It took me a very long time to figure out how to put it all back together for storage.
