As an upscale caterer I am always looking for unique pieces to elevate my presentations for my clients. These came earlier than the shipping stated, securely packaged and ready to go. Washed the pans and plugged up right out of the box, no assembly necessary. If you’re not sure… DO IT! Worth the price! Will be purchasing more!
They are an eye candy on my buffet table. So beautiful and immaculate looking. The only trouble I faced was the electricity load!! That’s why I give it four star. I couldn’t operate all 6 of my purchased chafing dishes together. Will have to put a high power outlet for them to work when needed. My breaker kept going off whenever I tried to turn on more than one chafing dish.

We’ve been using this for sometime and I have to say it works pretty good! Looks really nice and can actually hold the temperature pretty good. The only downside of it that it’s touch-close lid. It means you can’t force to close the lid, you slightly push it and it closed on its own which takes time and leaks the moisture of the food.
