5 year old grandson loves it

Gave it as a present from Santa to 5 year old grandson. He loves it and so do the other kids in neighborhood. It was 50 degrees Christmas in Michigan and he rode it hard. Only criticism is the instructions--they were horrible. But we love it. I wish you had a faster one for when he is a little older.

I would make a thousand 1 stars reviews for Garvee if i had the time. I do not recommend buying anything from Garvee. Over the last month, I have dealt with receiving broken products and terrible customer service.

In short, I received a product that did not work. I reached out to customer service to have it replaced and was continually given the run-around. The typical response I received from the customer service rep was that they would "escalate the information to MIA" Is MIA a human or a computer? This resulted in generic apologies and no progress toward resolving the issue of a broken product. I will not be purchasing anything else from Garvee and will let everyone I know to stay clear of this very shady company.

Product as described, worth the price

I recommend this product, it’s functional, as described, and my 6 yo loves it. Battery is strong and goes pretty fast. It feels a little flimsy/cheap and I’m not sure how long it will last, but has been a good gift so far.
