Storage: Drain the water tank completely and run the fan mode for 30 minutes to dry the curtains before long-term storage.

I received my cooler yesterday in good condition. The packing was sufficient for protection. The only assembly was to put on the wheels. All functions work properly. All the function choices are awesome. With the lightest touch you can set the controls. The remote is a nice feature and I will definitely use it while sitting in my recliner. 😁 I have a tile floor and found that my tiles aren't perfectly level. I use small rubber pads under two of the wheels to level it. If the cooler doesn't sit level the water won't be distributed to all three side filters properly. It works/cools very well. It came with two drain plugs and I'm glad it did. The drain plug on the unit I received is dripping. That definitely isn't a deal breaker because the over all performance is exceptional. It's much quieter than I thought it would be. I hope it lasts a long time, and I will update later. With the price of this cooler at about half of what you pay at a big box store, you can't go wrong.

Good purchase for cooler off a small area. It’s not a Portable A/C but with a lot of ice and the right size ice packs, it provides a cool breeze. I inly wished it had a larger space for larger ice packs to keep the breeze going longer. Duration of Ice and ice packs estimated around 20-45 minutes.
