These cute little weights look like something that would come in a kids toy set, but they are actually useful. Those weaker/annoying muscles that just can’t do the 5-10lb jump on the cable exercises make these well worth it. It’s so nice being able to increase weights by a lb per workout to gradually increase without resorting to poor form or super low reps.The weights themselves are pretty accurate. I weighed most on the kitchen scale and all were within a couple ounces of listed weight. These also didn’t have that terrible rubber smell when I opened them, though they did sit in the garage for a few days before I opened them.
This arrived well packaged and on time and I haven't run into any issues. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. This has been a reliable addition so far.
