Really wanted a straight up grey or a warmer grey. I don’t like a blue grey personally. So if you’re expecting a grey-grey (I’ve said grey too many times!), you may be disappointed, too. I removed one star for the color being off from the depiction.Otherwise, the rug is good. Soft, washable. Detail is visible in the printing. I just kinda hate the color 😆I uploaded pics and—I KNOW—they look…grey. But trust me, it’s really blueish in person!Update:Has not held up great. To be fair, I leave in a wet, muddy area and have small dogs and a very large dog. So this rug does see some action. It washes up quite well. The edges are showing the most wear; a lot of fraying and pilling. Definitely looks the roughest of all my washable rugs.
This carpet is the PERFECT length and width for my front door. It’s a very soft yet durable material. It grips the hardwood well without leaving marks.EXCELLENT!
Shortly after I placed my new rug in a walk-in closet, two muddy dogs came in to greet me. So though I have had this rug only a few days, I can offer my opinion on ease-of-wash/cleaning.I decided to hand wash it rather than use a large capacity washer. My plan was simple…outside slung over a chain link fence, I used an environmentally friendly liquid soap and my water-hose. The results were amazing. Not only was it kinda fun, this rug looks like new once again.
This soft runner fits nicely in front of my stove and is slip resistant, so it lies flat and doesn't move around easily. It is a nice quality runner and I love the color. It is a great value for the money and a good addition to your home.
