I must admit I wasn’t expecting a lot from this coffee machine. Boy was I surprised! First of all it provides easy access to making all of the basic coffee products. Next, you can make foam using almost any dairy or non-dairy milk. Lastly, it provides hot water at a moments notice.On top of all of the above, it has a number of adjustments that you can make to how much milk or coffee you want in your cup. You can even make 2 cups of espresso at the same time! All this happens automatically and with very little mess or fuss.If you make a beverage that requires foam that only does the device prompt you to ensure the milk container is connected, but it also reminds you to clean the frothing line if you’re not gonna make another beverage that uses milk.The reminders that this provides are where this shines. It tells you if you need to empty the coffee grounds, or if you need to add beans or water, or if it senses other general errors.If they are any downsides, it may be that you can’t adjust the amount of coffee that goes into a cup as much as you can with some other machines. That means if you’re looking to make a very large Americano, you’re probably not gonna be able to do it. Of course you can always just press the button a second timeDid I mention that this has a super responsive touchscreen? Well, it does! On top of that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi so if you are someone who is looking for a easy to use device that dosent have wifi this is a good idea.When it’s making coffee, it’s quiet. And it looks nice in almost any space. Cleanup is really easy too.For under $500, this is not a bad choice.

Really nice machine, better than expected. Makes a variety of great coffee. Use quality beans and follow the directions. How did I manage without this? It's so convenient and easy to use. Perfect compact size doesn't take up a lot of room.

We are incredibly happy with this espresso machine. Has all the functions I was looking for from auto grinding to auto espresso without tamping and hassle. Not only does it make great espresso but the frother that comes with is incredibly easy to use and store. Makes lattes and cappuccino perfect and automatically. Auto cleans after every use of the frother. Rinse the connection tube, store it on the milk container and throw it in the fridge for tomorrow's use. The used coffee container has to be dumped about every 8 uses. Has a grind adjustment where you pour in the espresso beans so you can find the course or fine grind that's to your individual taste (with 15 settings total in between). We add beans about every few days. Grind fresh coffee for every cup with a push of a button. I have to say I was a little nervous of purchasing because of the amount of features and the low price. I was looking at another that was double this price so couldn't believe it hit all my criteria: auto grinds with grind adjustment, auto tamps for espresso and other drinks, has an easy frother for cappuccino/latte. Has a beautiful and easy to use LCD screen that I didn't even know I wanted. Basically this machine couldn't be designed better or easier to use. Pretty compact as fully automatic espresso machines go, pour the water in and select the espresso button on the LCD and what size you want and bingo; a great espresso. Want milk froth on top of your espresso? Just grab the milk container out of the fridge, plug the tube that runs from the milk container in the side of the brewing spout which is as easy as plugging in a cell phone and select the froth feature and amount. Want a latte, plug the tube in and select latte. Automatically adds the perfect amount of froth when making the latte. Also, don't be afraid of the grey/silver and gold. The gold accent is a matte gold and is honestly really nice against the grey/silver color on the rest of the machine. Not tacky at all. Thinking of ordering a fully automatic espresso machine?
