Two-Way Rotary Pump
Dispensing or pumping fuel by turning the handle allows you to eliminate overfilling of the tank by pulling excess gasoline or diesel back into the tank.

STEP ONE:
Insert the wheel axle in the bottom then place either wheel onto the axle and secure it in place with a washer and nut, repeat with the other wheel.
STEP TWO:
Tilt the caddy on it side. Attach the support feet/caster wheel.
STEP THREE:
Take the Teflon tape and wrap it around the pump pipe 5-8 times around.Screw on the oil pump and attach the pump handle to the oil pump. Use the wedge lock washer to position the pump and tighten it
STEP FOUR:
Screw the pagoda joint onto the oil pump,attach the hose to the pagoda joint, securing it in place withe hose clamp. Attach the wire tube to the pump connector
STEP FIVE:
Screw the fuel gauge into place nearby
STEP SIX:
Insert the filter into the fuel inlet and then screw on the oil cap
STEP SEVEN:
Insert the handle into place on the caddy's frame. sceuring it in place with bolts.washers and nuts
STEP EIGHT:
Put on the hook and tighten it with screws

Easy to put together, no issues.
Great but needs a better cap on top and better pump
Bigger than I expected but so easy to put together and easy to use
The wheels on this caddy make it incredibly easy to move, even when full. I’ve had other fuel containers in the past that were a pain to transport. This one shines in that regard!
