Like the previous reviewer, I was also skeptical when purchasing this but took a chance on it without any prior reviews.First off, the package was heavy when I brought it in. Upon opening it, I was very pleased with how carefully it was packed and the styrofoam was not flaky and messy.Instructions were very simple to follow and the extra screws and pieces were included just in case. I had no issues with the pieces not lining up and connecting. Some of the premade holes did have some bits of particle board remaining so I just had to poke some of those out for the locking pieces to fit in. The only issue I did have was with the thin boards that are nailed into the back. I followed the instructions and nailed the top piece first and then proceeded. I would recommend laying out all of the pieces first to get an idea of where to nail the boards in as my layout was not perfectly even which resulted in me causing some tiny chips in the boards.Overall this hall tree looks great and is quite sturdy. It has really opened up my laundry room and made it easier for my kids to organize their shoes. The slots work well for smaller shoes but for me with my size 10 shoes, I can only fit one shoe per slot unless I push my shoe all the way in.
I took a chance on this with no reviews yet, but it shipped quickly, it is solid, very large and was easy to put together! Price was also amazing. Would 100% recommend!
