Believing
Shelves are not deep enough for the frame

I just started putting this together and got the first shelf in and there's about 1/4" lip between the rim and the shelf so nothing is going to just slide across it smoothly. I'm going to use two of the five boards to make the shelf thicker But that means that I have to buy a couple more shelves, which kind of negates the lower price of the shelving unit. I'm attaching photos with one board and also doubling up on the board. It's probably 1/8" higher than the frame with two boards.
