The unit is installed and cools very well. However, I am unable to connect it to the WiFi. I have followed the instructions in the manual to download the app and performed the setup steps, but the unit does not broadcast a Bluetooth signal at all. It seems I may have received a unit with a faulty WiFi/Bluetooth module. Currently, I can only operate the device using the remote control.Do I really need to uninstall the entire AC unit to return it? Could you please just send me a replacement WiFi module instead?We have already tried every method mentioned in the app, the user manual, and the WiFi connection video on the Garvee support page, but we still cannot detect the machine's Bluetooth signal. I am very disappointed, especially considering that I have already paid $800 for the professional installation. I really hope we can resolve this without having to uninstall the unit.The air conditioner cools well after installation. However, I initially struggled to connect it via Bluetooth for remote Wi-Fi control. After contacting customer support, the issue was resolved. Although it was a frustrating process, I received a fair resolution. After all, this kind of issue seems to be a rare occurrence, so I’m giving it five stars.

So this unit has a lot of information that's not listed on the manual or on the sellers description. The app is a mystery until you turn to the first page of the product manual. (AC freedom). The app is actually quite good and has more features than the remote which requires a lot of combination 3 second holds and multiple button holds to access hidden settings. But some features on the list will randomly disappear and reappear which is very annoying.The feature that I gambled on was a freeze protection mode, it says nothing about it on the manual or remote and I stumbled across it in the app luckily when it decided to show up. Can't really test it now since it's summer time.Installation sucked when trying to make it look perfect outside and takes some special Garvee tools to make it happen.Also when I first ordered the mini split, the box for the condenser was completely ripped open. So had it returned. The 2nd one was okay but noticed a small dent on the condensing unit after it was installed. Didn't seem to affect anything though.When the unit is operating it is whisper quiet inside and even near the outside unit.
