The unit seems to work as it should the reason I say that is because my 50 watt CO2 laser is in a cool basement 67 degrees F and right now the weather is cold, so it is difficult to tell how well it will work in 80 degree temps. It arrived in perfect condition well packaged, the only assembly is to connect the water lines and plug it in. No the reason for 4 stars is the description is incorrect. The description is for a CW-5202 not a CW-5200 this chiller has only 1 set of hose connections not 2 as in the description. It is a CW-5200 what I needed so don’t buy this chiller if you need to connect 2 pieces of equipment.
it's really a wonderful unit. keeps my 65w CO2 nice and cool. it comes setup by default to lower temperature based off of ambient (room) temperature which i can't quite understand why this is the default setup, so i had to go through the pretty confusing process to set it to stay within the optimal temperature range. it actually took me about a half hour to figure it out because it's pretty non-inuitive but i think most of these use the same controller and panel so it is what it is. after i set it up it's run flawlessly and i've used it five days a week for months now.
