I use it as a head board and keep it as backup for anyone who may need to crash or spend the night .
I bought it for my son because he is disabled and we do a lot of exercise and needed something thick other than a yoga mat. He absolutely loves it. It’s thick and he takes his naps on it. I’ve taken a nap on it myself, and it feels like a cloud.
I didn’t want to purchase a new mattress for my last year of college, I needed something a little firmer but also comfortable to sleep in. This was perfect! My back and shoulders have been much better the past few months and I lounge around on the mat all the time! Definitely will be keeping it longer than planned!
