I originally bought this as decor for my son's birthday, but it is now a backyard staple. We bring it out anytime we want to let our 1 year old have some outdoor play. It protects him from the grass and allows him a large space to crawl and play outside. It also works great to put the water table on and play. It is water resistant and dries quickly in the sun. It has been used many times with water and sitting in the hot sun and has held up really well so far. Easy to clean and looks super cute! Highly recommend as a play mat for outside.
