Was very excited to receive my new 2/4 honey extractor from Garvee. Setup was easy. Went to start processing 4 frames of honey only to realize one of the bottom brackets in the basket was missing. This turned spinning 2 deep & 2 medium frames to only being able to spin 2 medium frames. I took numerous photo of the missing bottom bracket. Showed that it was not damaged in transit, but was an honest manufacturing mistake and is missing. Numerous emails with support only to receive a note this morning that they do not have replacement baskets along with "this defect does not impact the use of the product."? I'm not sure Garvee knows what this product is. I also offered to mail the basket back for a replacement??? Receiving 1 star due to support services. Lastly - in the box I received an 'extended warranty' card which I filled out - not sure that'll be much use.

The packaging is very solid. When I opened the package, the thickness of the product material was much better than I expected, and there were no scratches. The product was deep and large in volume, and it was electric. This way my honey could be canned as scheduled in July.

Smooth crank, fits the frames nicely. Didn’t come dirty inside with metal shavings (I cleaned it and found nothing), I cannot attest to the legs as I have it on a table. But, if I had to make an informed assumption the legs will need bolted down or onto blocks as once this extractor begins really spinning it’s like an old tractor engine that rough idles like a unbroken horse. It is fun though, I got a good laugh holding onto it for dear life as it spun

This 201 stainless steel honey extractor works great for my small apiary. The manual crank is easy to turn, and it holds 4 frames perfectly. The stainless steel is easy to clean and doesn't rust. A essential tool for beekeepers.

It worked well for a dozen frames. Good for small bee keepers.

The cheapest one BUT it is the best made I found! The legs are sturdy, the hardware is heavy duty. Spins in both directions (some do not). Easy assembly. All food-grade 18-10? stainless steel.

This extractor is a great value! It was easy to put together. All of the rotating components look to be strong enough that I will get years of use out of them. Its not so heavy that its hard to put back into the box for storage. I am of the opinion that if you are looking for a budget friendly extractor to use a for a few hives this will serve you well.

It worked perfectly for extracting the honey from my frames! I only have one hive so it didn’t have a ton of frames but with this I’m thinking about splitting my hive this spring.
