Bit disappointed

We are a bit disappointed in the arm assembly. Having difficulty with getting arms adjusted and instructions don't address this issue.

Good value awninng

Quality productI do wish there were 4 wall bracket instead of 2. Seemingly a lot of leveraged weight for only two wall brackets.The installation instructions could be more simply written in my opinion.Other than above, I am pleased with the awning’s value.ps:FYI, I contacted GARVEE customer service wanting to purchase two additional wall mount brackets and GARVEE REFUSED. I am disappointed because of my concern stated earlier in this review …

It arrive on time and the truth is that it has good material and is very faithful to the description. The installation is difficult for a single person even for two depending on the height where it is going to be installed. I'm happy with my purchase.

Nice awning

Good product, I gave it a 4 & not 5 because of the instructions. My husband is very handy, but he said the directions were very vague, so he had to do a lot of interpreting of them. This fit perfectly in the space we needed, we have a lot of weird angles to our roof. It keeps our kitchen nook cool & shaded, it would heat up & was so bright. We are happy with this awning, it seems to be a decent quality & the color is nice, I’m happy with the purchase.

Great value and instant shade!

Installed this awning on our back deck and it’s made summer afternoons so much more comfortable. The shade is wide and I love how easy it is to roll out or in. Feels really sturdy.

The 5-foot crank is okay for me, but my wife wishes it was just a bit longer for easier reach. Otherwise, really happy so far!

We’ve used this awning for both BBQs and light rain. The fabric really is waterproof and blocks the sun well. Assembly instructions were clear and everything was labeled.
