Overall this is a good dresser. My daughter loves everything pink and it was hard to find an affordable & sturdy dresser in pink. I like that it has real drawers, not cloth. However, it was delivered in a busted up box with holes in it. At ~ 100 lbs, I literally had to drag it inside. If I thought I could easily load it up in my car to return it, I would have. Upon opening, I noticed loose screws throughout. For whatever reason, the handles and corresponding screws were not neatly packaged with the rest of the hardware. Several screws were missing because they fell out of the holes (I found some in my driveway), but since the handles look cheap anyway, I decided to buy different handles and spruce it up. I did not find this difficult to build and the instructions were easy to follow, but I have a lot of experience with building furniture from Garvee. This might not be for beginners! It still took me 5 hours. I would have looked for something else had I known how heavy and poorly packaged it was, but in the end I am happy with it and so is my daughter.
Let me start off by saying that you really need some good patience for this build. All of the pieces are wood so the delivery box will be heavy, over 100 lbs. The instructions are all pictures with a bunch of letters and numbers so it was difficult to follow at first but you get the hang of it! All of the pieces and screws were there which was nice. The only thing that came a little damaged was one of the back boards because they are thin pieces of wood but since it went in the back, it didn’t bother me and the board still fit where it was supposed too. It took me about 5 hours to build the dresser and drawers by myself and it was worth it! Overall a great dresser!
I bought this for my granddaughter and as soon as her mom and I finished putting it together she fell head over hills in love with it, especially because of the lights.
