Sometimes simplicity is key in a busy kitchen. This straight-edge stainless steel table is a dream to clean—no corners for grime to hide. The hooks are perfect for hanging our ladles, whisks, and portioning scoops. The two shelves provide ample space for hotel pans and dry storage. It doesn't move, which is perfect for our baking station. A no-frills, highly functional addition.
I was looking for a smaller stainless steel prep table for my outside cooking area and the GARVEE seemed to fit the bill. Everything went together without issue. The bolts lined up to their holes and nothing was misthreaded to interrupt the assembly.The gauge of the metal used in the legs and flat surfaces was a bit thinner than expected. This cuts down on the weight of the table, of course, but I'm hoping this doesn't result in longevity issues outside. As I was assembling the table, I cut my fingers on some the inside edges of the table. The more exposed edges are finished but your fingers will find sharp inside corners and edges during assembly so gloves are a must.My only real gripe are the feet. They're adjustable for leveling but are friction fit inside the legs. I move this table as needed and can see the feet loosening over time with repeated movement.
Very nice stainless steel prep table. I use this next to my stove since there was a dead space there and it worked out perfectly. I've worked in several commercial kitchens and these are always in them. The quality is nice and I can recommend this if you need a nice SS prep table
I got this to use on my patio. I have a small pizza oven and it fits well. I wish the table were just a bit larger but it is fine.It was easy to put together but I suggest using a real set of tools instead of the little hex wrench they include. It goes faster.Once together is it sturdy and stable.
The addition of a trash bag holder on this stainless steel workbench is such a thoughtful upgrade! It keeps my workspace organized and makes cleanup quick and easy. I no longer have to run to the trash can every time I have scraps to dispose of. This feature has made a big difference in my workflow.
