I ordered this outdoor straw rug for my covered patio to put under the picnic table we have there. I loved the design and the rug so much that I actually ended up hoping to use it in my kitchen! I had ordered an 8’x10’ since it was supposed to be on the patio, but I did manage to get it to fit in the kitchen! Unfortunately we did not end up using it in the kitchen. We don’t have a dining room and our kitchen chairs did not slid on this rug at all. I didn’t want to take a chance at my kids forgetting that and the rug getting ruined. So it will be going on the porch as it was meant to after all! It hasn’t quite been warm enough yet to get it out there, but I’m very excited to!The rug itself is beautiful! I love the Boho Sun pattern and I feel it adds some charm to wherever you put it. The colors stand out and overall it looks so much better in person!The woven plastic straw material makes it lightweight and easy to transport! It’s easy unfold and fold back up to put away. It comes with a nice carry bag and stakes to put through the loops on each edge of the rug to hold it down. It’s still cold outside and my hose is broken at the moment so I haven’t been able to see how easy it rinses clean and dries. However I was able to test out the vacuum on it! I used a name brand stick vacuum and it worked very well! I was quite surprised. I also wiped it with a wet cloth. I find it to be very easy to clean!There are so many good potential uses for this rug. It can be used on a porch/patio, in the grass, to take on a picnic, right outside a pool to avoid getting grass on your feet going in/out, etc…This is my first time using a rug like this so I can’t speak to durability but I hope it will last a long time!

We’re in the process of buying a camper, and I wanted something to put outside so we’re not dragging sand and dirt into the camper.It does arrive folded, so there are quite a few creases when you first open it. The company includes a sheet explaining how to remove the creases, and I tested the method on a couple of them. It worked pretty well, I’d say about 90% of the crease came out. When I have a bit more time, I’ll go through and do the rest.The rug comes with a carrying bag so you can fold it back up for storage or travel. Because of that, it will probably always have some creases from being folded and unfolded, but for an outdoor camping rug made from a straw-style material, that doesn’t really bother me. It’s not meant to look perfect like an indoor rug. It also comes with stakes.The size is great, the material feels durable, and the finishing looks well done. All in all, I’m really happy with it and think it will work perfectly outside the camper.

Finally a patio rug that has a usable bag for storage! We have a composite style deck, therefore we have to use Polypropylene aka plastic rugs with no backing to keep our deck in good shape. This GARVEE Outdoor Rug is UV resistant and waterproof plus cleanup is easy which I appreciate since we have birds that like to hang out on our covered patio. I am happy there are anchor points to stake or tie the rug down to keep it in place since it is lightweight. It is still a little early to get it out on our patio, but I can't wait because the pattern is a lot of fun. The rug is Eco-friendly, which at first I thought it was kind of odd because it is a plastic rug, but after looking into it a little bit more I was happy to discover that the rug is used from repurposed plastic waste like bottles and straws. Due to the wind I typically get anywhere from 2 to 3 years on patio rugs, so hopefully this lasts at least that long. The price of the rug is reasonable and is is actually more affordable when you compare it to other products.
