I've been using these to hold steel bar that I've been welding up for a few special Christmas projects. These things are the real deal. Super heavy, sturdy and well made. I've put quite a bit of weight on them and they don't flinch. Very easy to use, setup and easy to store in a corner when not needed. For the cost, I'd say these are very comparable to the name brand versions, although I'm not a pipefitter, I do a lot of hobby projects and construction and these have come in handy for several items I've been working on. These things will last forever.

This pipe stand looks and feels very heavy-duty. The construction is solid, the welds look clean, and the frame is sturdy with good weight and balance. The height adjustment works smoothly and locks securely, and the V-head design holds pipes steady.I can’t verify whether it really supports 2500 lbs, but based on the build quality and materials, it feels very strong and reliable for welding and fabrication work. Folds up nicely for storage and transport, too. Great value and well-made — highly recommend for shop or jobsite use.
