This thing is exactly what i needed. It heats up fast it was easy to out togehter and 15 to 20 min inside i feel refreshed especially after my workouts. I'm gonna say the only issue I have is where the zipper rounds the corners the material is bunched up and hard to get past and I may have issues with that breaking down the road
